Layr-Zerø Studio is a small-batch 3D printing business based in India, selling custom 3D printed products. Orders are placed via WhatsApp and fulfilled manually.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders are placed by sending a WhatsApp message with your cart details.
• Payment is accepted via UPI. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
• Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Shipping charges are determined at the time of order confirmation and communicated to you before payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., items out of stock), with a full refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within India only.
• Estimated delivery times are communicated at order confirmation. Delays due to couriers or external factors are outside our control.
• A tracking number will be shared once your order is dispatched.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Refunds

• If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion for genuine defects.
• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
• We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately represent products, including dimensions, materials, and colours. Slight variations may occur due to the nature of 3D printing. Product images are representative and actual products may vary slightly in finish.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and the Layr-Zerø Studio name and logo — is the property of Layr-Zerø Studio and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Layr-Zerø Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
